Looking for a hardworking, experienced Agricultural Laborer to join our team. An Agricultural Laborer is a versatile and essential worker in the agricultural industry, involved in various tasks related to crop and livestock production. Visa Application Requirements:

  •  Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  •  Police Clearance Certificate.

  •  Experience of physical work.

 

Visa Processing Time:

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to seasonal requirements.
  2. Perform tasks such as weeding, pruning, and irrigation to maintain crop health.
  3. Assist with the care of farm animals, including feeding, cleaning, and monitoring their health.
  4. Participate in activities related to animal husbandry, such as breeding and birthing.
  5. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, such as tractors, plows, and harvesters.
  6. Conduct routine maintenance checks and report any malfunctions.
  7. Install and repair fences to secure farm areas.
  8. Assist in the construction and maintenance of farm buildings and infrastructure.
  9. Set up and maintain irrigation systems for crops.
  10. Monitor water levels and ensure efficient water use.

 

 

Requirements and skills:

  1. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors for extended periods.
  2. Familiarity with fundamental farming practices is beneficial.
  3. Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
  4. Ability to work well as part of a team and follow directions from supervisors.
  5. Willingness to adapt to changing weather conditions and the diverse tasks associated with agriculture.
  6. Effective communication skills to interact with other team members and supervisors.
  7.  Reliable and punctual attendance to ensure continuous farm operations.
