Looking for an Automobile plant, Automobile plants are manufacturing facilities where vehicles, such as cars, trucks, and buses, are assembled. These plants typically consist of various departments and production lines dedicated to different stages of vehicle assembly.
 

Requirements for visa application:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).
  • Updated CV.
  • Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Age Up to 25-50 years.
  • Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
  • Experience in physical work and skilled Work.

 

 Processing Time:

  • Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.
     

Responsibilities:

  1. Assembly Line Work: Participate in the assembly line process, including but not limited to installing components, attaching parts, and conducting quality checks at various stages of production.

  2. Operating Machinery: Operate machinery and equipment according to safety protocols and standard operating procedures. This may include using power tools, automated assembly systems, and industrial robots.
  3. Quality Assurance: Ensure that assembled parts meet quality standards and specifications by conducting visual inspections, measurements, and tests as required.
  4. Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels by restocking materials and components at designated workstations or production areas as needed.
  5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries. Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors immediately.
  6. Workflow Efficiency: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow efficiency and productivity. This may involve suggesting process improvements or participating in lean manufacturing initiatives.
  7. Documentation: Complete production reports, quality control documentation, and other paperwork accurately and promptly.
  8. Maintenance Support: Assist maintenance personnel in performing routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery to ensure operational reliability.
