Requirements For Visa Application:

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and oversee plant operations to ensure smooth functioning.
2. Assist with startup, shutdown, and operations of facility equipment.
3. Identify and promptly resolve any issues that arise during production.
4. Troubleshoot technical or operational challenges.
5. Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and environmental regulations.
6. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all plant activities.
7. Recommend strategies for plant improvement.
8. Collaborate with the team to enhance efficiency and optimize processes
9. Conduct site inspections and audits.
10. Perform routine maintenance checks and address equipment malfunctions.

Requirement And Skills:

1.  Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
2.  Understanding Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) studies to identify potential risks in plant processes.
3. Reading and interpreting Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
4. Knowledge of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) for process control.
5. Familiarity with SAP software for maintenance management.
6.  Understanding quality management systems.
7. Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma: Skills for process optimization.
8. AutoCAD: Ability to work with engineering drawings.
9. CMMS Software: Competence in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
10. GMP Compliance: Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
11. Effective Communication: Clear communication is essential for collaboration and safety.
12. Teamwork: Operating a plant involves coordination with colleagues and other teams.
13. Problem-Solving: Identifying, analyzing, and finding solutions to issues on the plant floor.
