 A car plant operator is responsible for overseeing the production process in an automotive manufacturing facility. Their tasks include operating machinery, monitoring assembly lines, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with other team members to meet production targets. Safety protocols and adherence to standard operating procedures are critical aspects of their role.

 

Requirements for visa application:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).

  • Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Age Up to 25-50 years.
  • Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
  • Experience in physical work and skilled Work.

 

 Processing Time:

  • Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Operating Machinery: Operate machinery and equipment in the car manufacturing process, including but not limited to assembly line systems, robotic arms, conveyor belts, and vehicle testing equipment.
  2. Assembly Line Work: Perform tasks related to vehicle assembly, such as installing components, attaching parts, and ensuring proper alignment according to specifications.
  3. Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections and tests to verify that assembled parts meet quality standards and specifications. Identify and address any defects or issues in the production process.
  4. Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime. Report any malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.
  5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace. Follow proper procedures for handling equipment, materials, and hazardous substances.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to optimize workflow efficiency and achieve production targets. Communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and address challenges as they arise.
  7. Documentation: Record production data, quality control results, and maintenance activities accurately and in accordance with company procedures. Complete required paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives to improve production processes, quality standards, and workplace safety. Provide feedback and suggestions for process enhancements based on observations and experience.
