Responsibilities:

  1. Operate machinery involved in the chocolate production process, including mixing, molding, and packaging.
  2. Monitor production processes to ensure the consistent quality of chocolate products.
  3. Inspect chocolate products for quality and consistency, checking for any defects or irregularities.
  4. Perform taste tests and visual inspections as required.
  5. Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to specific recipes and production requirements.
  6. Ensure the accurate handling and storage of raw materials.
  7. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and equipment.
  8. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors.
  9. Package finished products according to company standards.
  10. Label products accurately with relevant information, such as batch numbers and expiration dates.
  11. Safety Procedures:
  12. Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  13. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  14. Keep track of inventory levels for raw materials and finished products.
  15. Assist in stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.
  16. Maintain accurate records of production batches, quality checks, and inventory levels.
  17. Complete necessary paperwork and reports as directed by supervisors.

 

Requirements and Skills:
