Looking for a CNC programmer to operate and maintain our CNC equipment. As a CNC programmer, you will read and interpret technical blueprints, input the design specifications, adjust the machine cutting paths, and perform quality checks on the final product. You may also be required to perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.

Requirements for Visa:

• Passport Validity (1 year).
• Updated CV.
• Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
• Police Clearance Certificate.
•  Age Up to 45 years.
• Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
• Experience of physical work.

 Processing Time:

• Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.

Responsibilities:

1. Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
2. Loading raw materials into the CNC machine.
3. Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software.
4. Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job.
5. Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications.
6. Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.
7. Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product.
8. Cleaning and maintaining the machine.
9. Training new staff on machine operation procedures.

Requirements and skills:

1. High school diploma or GED.
2. Previous work experience as a CNC programmer.
3. Ability to read and interpret design blueprints.
4. Extensive experience with computer modeling software.
5. Strong attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and stick to a deadline.
7. Ability to stand for extended periods.
8. Ability to lift heavy objects.
9. Ability to work after-hours when required.
