Looking for an experienced and skilled Construction Carpenter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of carpentry techniques, and construction methods, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements for Visa Application:

• Police Clearance Certificate.
• Age limit: 25 to 50 years.
• Good physical health, endurance, and dexterity.
• Experience in physical work.

Processing Time:

Responsibilities:

1. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans to understand project requirements.
2. Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, plywood, and other building materials for construction projects.
3. Build, install, and repair structures such as frameworks, floors, doors, windows, cabinets, and roofing.
4. Install and construct scaffolding, partitions, walls, and wooden supports.
5. Inspect and repair damaged structures and fixtures to ensure they are safe and functional.
6. Use hand tools, power tools, and other carpentry equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
7. Work closely with other construction workers, including electricians and plumbers, to complete projects.
8. Ensure all work meets building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
9. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and ensure a clean and organized worksite.
10. Follow project timelines and complete tasks on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Requirement and skills:

1. Proven experience as a carpenter in construction.
2. Proficiency in using carpentry tools, hand tools, and power tools.
3. Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, measurements, and materials.
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and instructions.
5. Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical strength.
6. Ability to perform basic math for measurements and project calculations.
7. Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
8. Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
9. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
10. Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions and at different job sites.
