Processing Time:

  • Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Assemble various components of electric fans, such as blades, motors, and casings, according to production plans and quality standards.
  2. Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
  3. Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  4. Identify and report any defects or issues promptly.
  5. Operate and monitor machines involved in the production process.
  6. Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery to ensure smooth operation.
  7. Package finished products according to company standards.
  8. Label products accurately with relevant information, such as model numbers and batch codes.
  9. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  10. Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.
  11. Complete production reports and documentation accurately and on time.
  12. Maintain records of production and quality checks.

 

Requirements and Skills:

  1. Ability to use hand tools and operate machinery safely and effectively.
  2. Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
