Looking for a Factory Loader. As a factory loader worker, your primary responsibility is to load goods and materials onto vehicles for transportation to their designated destinations. You'll typically work in a warehouse or distribution center, where you'll handle a variety of items ranging from finished products to raw materials. Your role is crucial in ensuring that shipments are loaded safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures to meet delivery deadlines.

Requirements for visa application:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).
  • Updated CV.
  • Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Age Up to 25-50 years.
  • Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
  • Experience in physical work and skilled Work.

 

 Processing Time:

  • Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Loading finished products or materials onto trucks, trailers, or other vehicles using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or conveyor belts.
  2. Organizing and arranging items on vehicles to maximize space utilization and ensure stability during transit.
  3. Securing loaded goods with straps, ropes, or other fastening methods to prevent shifting or damage during transportation.
  4. Verifying the accuracy of loaded items against shipping documents or manifests to ensure correct shipments.
  5. Communicating with warehouse or logistics personnel to coordinate loading schedules and prioritize shipments.
  6. Inspecting vehicles for any damage or defects before loading and reporting any issues to a supervisor.
  7. Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment while loading goods.
  8. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in loading areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

 

Skills and Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
  2. Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Attention to detail to ensure accurate loading and securement of goods.
  4. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  5. Good communication skills to interact with coworkers, supervisors, and truck drivers.
  6. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities of loaded items.
  7. Flexibility to work variable shifts and adapt to changing workload demands.
  8. Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and participate in training programs as required.
