A Farm Worker is an essential member of the agricultural team responsible for various tasks involved in crop cultivation, livestock care, and overall farm maintenance. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to work in various weather conditions. Farm Workers play a crucial role in supporting the agricultural production process and maintaining the farm's productivity.

Visa Application Requirements:

•  Police Clearence Certificate.
•  Age Up to 45 years.
•  Good Physical and health, endurace, dexterity.
•  Experience of physical work.

Visa Processing Time:

• Processing time is 6-8 weeks.

Responsibilities:

1. Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops following established procedures.
2. Monitor and maintain the health of crops, including watering, weeding, and pest control.
3. Feed, water, and provide basic care for livestock such as cows, chickens, pigs, or other farm animals.
4. Assist with breeding, birthing, and general health monitoring of animals.
5. Operate and maintain farm equipment such as tractors, plows, and harvesters.
6. Perform routine maintenance and report any equipment malfunctions.
7. Install and repair fences to secure farm areas.
8. Assist in the construction and maintenance of farm buildings and infrastructure.

Requirements and skills:

1. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors for extended periods.
2. Familiarity with basic farming practices and techniques is preferred.
3. Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
4. Willingness to adapt to changing weather conditions and seasonal demands.
5. Effective communication skills to coordinate tasks with other farm workers and supervisors.
