They apply technical procedures, timing, and metering devices to control nutrient applications, regulate environmental factors (humidity, ventilation, temperature, and light), and dispense fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and fungicides.

 

Requirements For Visa Application:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).
  • Updated CV.
  • Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Age Up to 45 years.
  • Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
  • Experience of physical work.

 

 Processing Time:

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborating with the Head Grower: Discussing plant growing activities and planning consistent growing practices based on production schedules.
  2. Space Preparation: Preparing the required space for planned production.
  3. Quality Control: Monitoring growing conditions to ensure quality standards are met.
  4. Crop Inspection: Regularly inspecting crops for leaf texture, bloom size, and signs of pests or diseases.
  5. Application of Inputs: Applying fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and fungicides as directed.
  6. Procedure Development: Assisting in developing growing procedures for new species and cultivation techniques.
  7. Record Keeping: Maintaining records of growing techniques and production trends.
  8. Training: Assisting in training new employees.
  9. Continuous Learning: Staying updated on growing techniques and technologies.

 

Requirement And Skills:

  1. Attention to Detail: This skill involves noticing small details and ensuring they are correct. For instance, identifying different plant species by their scientific or common names and creating attractive displays for customers.
  2. Irrigation: Understanding irrigation systems and monitoring water supply to plants. Ensuring proper watering without over-watering is crucial.
  3. Weeding: Removing unwanted plants from garden beds to maintain healthy soil and prevent pests. It also allows space for plants to grow.
