Responsibilities:

1. Material Handling and Preparation:

   • Receive and organize raw materials such as metal or wood components used in frame manufacturing.
   • Prepare materials for production by cutting, shaping, or processing them according to specifications.

2. Assembly and Production:

   • Assemble frame components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery according to blueprint or design specifications.
   • Ensure accuracy and quality in frame assembly, including proper alignment and attachment of components.

3. Quality Control and Inspection:

   • Inspect finished frames for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards for strength, dimensions, and appearance.
   • Identify and address any issues in production or assembly that affect product quality or safety.

4. Operational Support:

   • Operate machinery and equipment used in frame manufacturing, such as saws, drills, nail guns, and CNC machines.
   • Assist in loading and unloading materials and finished products, using forklifts or other material handling equipment as needed.

5. Safety and Compliance:

   • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
   • Follow regulatory requirements and quality standards related to frame manufacturing and warehouse operations.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

   • Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and quality inspections.
   • Report any issues or concerns related to production, safety, or quality to supervisors or management.
