We are looking for skilled Gypsum/plaster finishers to paint the interior and exterior of structures, buildings and other surfaces. Your job will be important since good painting has both practical and aesthetic benefits.

Plasterers apply finish, and maintain and restore plaster or similar materials, on interior and exterior walls, ceilings and building partitions to produce plain or decorative surfaces. Drywall installers and finishers install and finish drywall sheets and various types of ceiling systems. Lathers install support framework for ceiling systems, interior and exterior walls and building partitions. They are employed by construction companies and by plastering, drywalling and lathing contractors, or they may be self-employed. Apprentices are also included in this unit group.

 

Requirements for visa application :

  • Passport Validity (1 year).
  • Updated CV.
  • Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Age Up to 45 years.
  • Good Physical and health, endurace, dexterity.
  • Experience in physical work and construction Work. 

 

Processing Time:

  • Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Plasterers
  2. Clean and prepare surfaces
  3. Mix plaster ingredients in the trough to the desired consistency
  4. Apply, level and smooth coats of plaster using trowels, floats, brushes and spraying equipment
  5. Trowel or spray coats of stucco over the exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces
  6. Finish corners and angles and create decorative designs in the finish coat, if required
  7. Cure freshly plastered surfaces
  8. Mold and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices and trim
  9. Spray acoustic materials or texture finish over walls and ceilings.

 

Skill and Experience:

  1. Drywall installers and finishers
  2. Measure, cut, and fit drywall sheets for installation on walls and ceilings
  3. Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists
  4. Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners
  5. Fill joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks with joint compound using a trowel and broad knife
  6. Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in the compound
  7. Smooth out the excess compound and allow the coat to dry
  8. Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints
  9. Fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids and place them in panels to form acoustical and coffered ceilings.
