Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the manual harvesting of crops, such as fruits, vegetables, or grains, according to established procedures.
2. Use hand tools or equipment for efficient and careful crop gathering.
3. Sort harvested crops based on quality standards.
4. Pack crops into containers or bins for transportation to markets or storage facilities.
5. Assist with general field maintenance tasks, including weeding, pruning, and irrigation.
6. Report any signs of pests or diseases affecting crops to supervisors.
7. Follow guidelines for quality control to ensure that only high-quality crops are harvested and packed.
8. Work collaboratively with other harvesting laborers and farm staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
