Looking for a Packaging Operator in a meat factory. The Packaging Operator in a meat factory is responsible for packaging meat products according to company standards and regulatory requirements. This role ensures that all products are correctly packaged, labeled, and prepared for distribution while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
 

Requirements:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).
  • Updated CV.
  • Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Age Up to 45 years.
  • Good Physical and health, endurace, dexterity.
  • Experience of physical work.

 

Processing Time:

  • Work Permit Processing time 90 days.

Responsibilities:

  1. Packaging Process:

    • Operate packaging machinery and equipment for meat products.
    • Follow packaging instructions and guidelines to ensure products are packaged correctly.
    • Monitor the packaging process to ensure efficiency and quality.
  2. Quality Control:

    • Inspect meat products for quality and conformity to company standards before packaging.
    • Ensure all packaged products are correctly labeled with accurate information.
    • Report any discrepancies or quality issues to the supervisor.
  3. Hygiene and Safety:

    • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the packaging area.
    • Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols to prevent contamination.
    • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  4. Inventory Management:

    • Track packaging materials and report any shortages to the supervisor.
    • Assist in inventory control and stock management of packaging supplies.
  5. Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of packaged products and packaging materials used.
    • Complete required paperwork and logs related to packaging operations.
  6. Equipment Maintenance:

    • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on packaging equipment.
    • Report any major equipment issues to the maintenance team or supervisor.
  7. Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with other packaging operators and team members to ensure smooth operations.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to resolve any production issues.
    • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
