Looking for a  Warehouse Packer. A Warehouse Packer performs a variety of duties in a warehouse setting. 

Requirements for visa application:

• Age Up to 45 years.
• Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
• Experience in physical work.

Responsibilities:

1. Weighing packages and labeling them appropriately.
2. Inspecting packages to ensure they are not damaged.
3. Inspecting shipping containers to ensure they meet shipping regulations.
4. Assembling daily orders based on shipping location or other categories.
5. Keeping records of packages, including delivery notes and invoices.
6. Filling out packing and order forms with relevant shipping information.
7. Sealing shipping containers and labeling them correctly.
8. Cleaning shipping containers and other shipping supplies.

Requirement And Skills:

1. Inventory Management: As a warehouse packer, you’ll need to organize and control stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
2. Forklift Operation: Familiarity with operating forklifts or pallet jacks is crucial. 
3. Pallet Jack: Proficiency in using pallet jacks to move and stack packed merchandise.
4. RF Scanners: Knowledge of using RF (radio frequency) scanners to track inventory and improve accuracy during packing and shipping processes.
5. Shipping Software (e.g., ShipStation): Familiarity with shipping software helps streamline order fulfillment and ensures timely deliveries.
6. Quality Control: Attention to detail is vital for maintaining quality standards. Inspecting containers and ensuring that products meet quality requirements are part of this skill set.
7. Order Fulfillment: Understanding the order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and shipping, is essential.
8. Packaging Techniques: Knowing how to pack items efficiently, securely, and in a way that minimizes damage during transit.
9. Safety Protocols: Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols within the warehouse environment.
10. Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., SAP EWM): Familiarity with warehouse management software can enhance efficiency in managing inventory and orders.
