Responsibilities:

1. Production Operations:

   • Operate and maintain machinery used in the production of cosmetic pencils.
   • Prepare raw materials and ensure proper mixing according to formulations.
   • Monitor the production process to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.
   • Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality and efficiency.

2. Quality Control:

   • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
   • Conduct routine tests and inspections to maintain consistent product quality.
   • Record and report any quality issues to the supervisor.

3. Packaging and Labeling:

   • Package finished cosmetic pencils according to company standards and customer specifications.
   • Label products accurately with the necessary information.

4. Inventory Management:

   • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
   • Notify the supervisor of low stock levels or supply needs.

5. Safety and Maintenance:

   • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
   • Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
   • Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

   • Maintain accurate records of production quantities, quality control results, and inventory.

7. Team Collaboration:
