Responsibilities:

1. Machine Operation:

   • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of car parts.
   • Set up machines according to specifications and production schedules.
   • Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery to ensure optimal performance.

2. Quality Control:

   • Inspect car parts for defects and inconsistencies during and after the production process.
   • Ensure that all products meet the quality standards and specifications set by the company.
   • Document and report any quality issues to the supervisor.

3. Production Efficiency:

   • Meet production targets and quotas as assigned by the supervisor.
   • Minimize waste by optimizing the use of materials and resources.
   • Suggest improvements to the production process to enhance efficiency and output.

4. Safety and Compliance:

   • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
   • Wear and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
   • Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.

5. Team Collaboration:

   • Work closely with other production operators and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
   • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to resolve any production issues.
   • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

6. Documentation:

   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and logs.
   • Complete any necessary paperwork related to production activities and quality control.
