Looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations. You’ll guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.

In a fast-paced environment like production, the supervisor is an integral part of the manufacturing process. They must be competent and comprehend complex operations. You should also be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs.

The goal is to ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner.

 

Requirements for visa application:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).

  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Age limit: 25 to 50 years.
  • Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
  • Experience in physical work.

 

Processing Time:

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervises staff to produce manufactured products, and organizes and monitors workflow.
  2. Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; and initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  3. Recruit select, onboard, train, and mentor employees.
  4. Maintains workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes, setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources, studying methods, implementing cost reductions, developing reporting procedures and systems, facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points, and initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
  5. Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
  6. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards.
  7. Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  8. Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data, and answering questions, and responding to requests.
  9. Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements, and implementing change.
  10. Researches and negotiates with vendors and suppliers to improve the efficiency of processes and reduce unnecessary costs.
  11. Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
  12. Maintains working relationships with union members and representatives by following the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.
  13. Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action.
  14. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and content, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
  15. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
