Looking for a hardworking, experienced Seasonal Agricultural Worker to join our team. A  Agricultural Worker is a temporary employee who assists with various tasks related to crop cultivation during peak seasons. This position is crucial for meeting the increased demand for labor during planting, harvesting, and other busy periods in agriculture. Seasonal Agricultural Workers provide valuable support to farmers to ensure the success of the growing season.

Visa Application Requirements:

4.  Police Clearance Certificate.

7.  Experience of physical work.

 Processing Time:

• Processing time is 6-8 weeks.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow established procedures for crop cultivation, including planting, weeding, and harvesting.
2. Participate in planting crops during the spring and harvesting activities during peak seasons.
3. Assist with field preparation, irrigation, and general maintenance tasks as needed.
4. Monitor and report any signs of pests or diseases affecting crops.
5. Sort and pack harvested crops for transport to markets or storage facilities.
6. Follow guidelines for quality control and packaging standards.
7. Use and maintain hand tools and small machinery for planting, weeding, and harvesting.
8. Receive training on the operation of farm equipment such as tractors or harvesters.

Requirements and skills:

1. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors for extended periods.
2. familiarity with basic farming practices is beneficial but not always required.
3. Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
4. Ability to adapt to changing weather conditions, work schedules, and tasks.
5. Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with other team members.
6. Reliable and punctual attendance to meet the demands of the growing season.
