Looking for a Shipping Crane Operator. The Crane Operator reports to the Terminal Operations Manager or the Shredder Operations Manager. The Crane Operator is responsible for the operation of hydraulic and/or cable equipment to lift and move materials, machines, and/or products in many directions while ensuring that all of his/her efforts are compliant with the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. The Crane Operator must possess knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

This position operates under flexible parameters. The primary goal of this position is to achieve excellence in all facets of the position. Providing the highest quality product safely, effectively and efficiently decreases accidents and errors and increases profits.

Requirements for Visa:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).
  • Updated CV.
  • Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  • Police Clearence Certificate.
  •  Age Up to 45 years.
  • Good Physical and health, endurace, dexterity.
  • Experience in physical work and construction Work.

 

Processing Time:

  • Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Load and unload trucks.
  2. Maintain Daily Log for CDL Driver
  3. Deliver to Job Sites materials load and unload from yard to job site
  4. Help coordinate the movement of products in the warehouse yard to facilitate the space available.
  5. Insures shortages, damages and accidents are reported to the Supervisor immediately.
  6. Helps maintain an effective inventory and locator system, with floor plan, within the warehouse yard to allow for quick identification and location of all items in the warehouse yard and within the system.
  7. Follow up on shortages to complete orders.
  8. Obtain and stage materials for orders in the inventory system including floor location.
  9. Fill out MTOs, work with Warehouse-yard specialists to verify accuracy, pricing, and completeness, and then forward for data entry.
  10. Be accurate and careful handling products with lifts to ensure safe and damage-free parts.
  11. Use the designated system to stage, ship and communicate.
  12. Cross trains and assists with all shipping functions.
  13. Write and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
  14. Maintains a good housekeeping standard of neatness and cleanliness in areas of responsibility, enabling the warehouse yard to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
  15. Performs related duties as assigned by supervision.
