Looking for a  Textile Production Supervisor. As a Textile Production Supervisor, your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of textile manufacturing processes.

Requirements For Visa Application:

• Passport Validity (1 year).
•  Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
• Police Clearance Certificate
•  Age Up to 45 years.
• Good Physical and health, endurance, agility.
• Experience of physical work.

 Processing Time:

• Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.

Responsibilities:

1. Workflow Management: Supervise staff to produce manufactured textile products efficiently. Organize and monitor workflow to meet production targets.
2. Quality Assurance: Ensure product quality by communicating job expectations, monitoring results, and addressing any deviations.
3. Employee Coaching and Discipline: Coach, counsel, and discipline employees as needed. Maintain a positive work environment.
4. Systems and Procedures: Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures related to production.
5. Collaboration with Maintenance Technicians: Work closely with maintenance technicians to address production delays caused by machine faults.
6. Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers (both domestic and overseas) to set quality standards, negotiate prices, and manage delivery times.
7. Ethical Production: Address ethical production issues and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements and skills:

1. Experience: Proven work experience as a production supervisor, preferably in the textile industry.
2. Machinery Knowledge: Familiarity with textile machinery and production processes.
3. Leadership Abilities: Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
4. Problem-solving: Excellent analytical skills to overcome production challenges.
5. Communication: Strong communication skills to interact with employees, suppliers, and management.
6. Organizational Skills: Efficiently manage schedules, inventory, and production timelines.
7. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is advantageous.
