Looking for a Tractor Operator. As a tractor driver, your responsibilities will include driving tractors, completing maintenance duties, and using farm implements to plow, plant, harvest, spray pesticides, and more. You will report to the Farm Manager and should be comfortable working alone for long periods.

To be successful as a tractor driver, you should have good concentration skills and excellent hand-eye coordination. Outstanding tractor drivers are detail-oriented and demonstrate strength as well as active listening skills.

Requirements for visa application:

• Passport Validity (1 year).
• Updated CV.
• Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
• Police Clearance Certificate.
• Age Up to 45 years.
• Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
• Experience of physical work.

 Processing Time:

• Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.

Responsibilities:

1. Driving and carrying out regular maintenance and repairs of tractors and other farm implements.
2. Operating tractors safely and efficiently.
3. Performing inspections of tractors and attachments like graders, rollers, and plows, and ensuring they are well-lubricated.
4. Using tractors to transport materials and pull or push agricultural equipment.
5. Operating tractors with laser leveling equipment to prepare fields.
6. Reporting any faults or concerns to the Farm Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
7. Remaining alert while driving and servicing the tractor, and maintaining the appropriate speed limit at all times.
8. Completing minor repairs on tractor and farm equipment.

Requirement And Skills:

1. A relevant driver’s license.
2. A completed apprenticeship or experience in a similar role.
3. A relevant associate’s degree may be an advantage.
4. The ability to identify and react appropriately to hazards.
5. Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment.
6. Experience performing maintenance on tractors and other farming equipment.
7. The ability to carry out duties unsupervised, in harsh weather conditions, and during irregular hours when required.
8. The ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
9. Superb health and safety knowledge.
