A Warehouse Supported Worker assists in the daily operations of a warehouse under the supervision and guidance of a warehouse supervisor or team leader. This role is suitable for individuals who require structured support and assistance to perform warehouse duties efficiently while contributing to the success of the team.

Processing Time:

• Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.

Responsibilities:

1. Assisted Receiving and Unloading: Work alongside team members to help receive and unload shipments, ensuring products are checked for accuracy and condition.
2. Order Picking and Packing (with support): Assist in picking and packing customer orders, ensuring the correct items are selected, with additional guidance as needed.
3. Basic Inventory Support: Help maintain inventory records by scanning or manually updating stock levels with the assistance of team members or supervisors.
4. Warehouse Organization: Help keep work areas clean and organized, maintaining safety and order in the workspace with supervision.
5. Loading Assistance: Assist in preparing and loading outgoing shipments, following instructions and working alongside other warehouse staff.
6. Follow Safety Guidelines: Support safe working practices and adhere to all safety regulations, under guidance from supervisors.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow, with the necessary support to carry out tasks.
