Looking for a Warehouse Worker. The Warehouse Worker is responsible for performing various tasks in the warehouse environment, including receiving, storing, handling, and shipping goods. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements for visa application:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).
  • Updated CV.
  • Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Age Up to 25-50 years.
  • Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
  • Experience in physical work and skilled Work.

 

 Processing Time:

  • Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Unload incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
  2. Inspect goods for any damages or discrepancies and report them to the supervisor.
  3. Store goods in designated locations within the warehouse.
  4. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and update inventory management systems.
  5. Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock audits.
  6. Accurately pick items from inventory based on order specifications.
  7. Pack items securely for shipping, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  8. Prepare shipping documents and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
  9. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  10. Move materials to and from storage areas, loading docks, and delivery vehicles.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  12. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  13. Perform routine maintenance on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions.
  14. Work as part of a team to meet productivity targets and deadlines.
  15. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks.

 

Requirements and skills:

  1. Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
  2. Basic computer skills for inventory management and documentation.
  3. Ability to read and follow instructions, labels, and work orders.
  4. Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
  5. Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting (up to 50 pounds), bending, and reaching.
  6. A keen eye for accuracy in order picking, packing, and inventory management.
  7. Ability to identify discrepancies and report them promptly.
  8. Understanding of safety protocols and willingness to follow them.
  9. Awareness of the importance of maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  10. Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
  11. Good communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and supervisors.
  12. Ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
  13. Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and resolve problems efficiently.
  14. Capability to manage time effectively to meet productivity targets.
