Looking for a  Building Maintenance Worker. Assist with maintenance around the property, ensuring our building remains safe and functional. You may be asked to perform basic repairs on our plumbing and electrical systems, so we are looking for someone with some experience in these areas.

Requirements for Visa:

• Passport Validity (1 year).
• Updated CV.
• Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
• Police Clearance Certificate.
•  Age Up to 45 years.
• Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
• Experience in physical work and construction Work.

 Processing Time :

• Processing time 4-6 weeks.

Responsibilities:

1. Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems.
2. Checking and responding to security and safety issues.
3. Testing and recommending new maintenance products.
4. Coordinating deliveries from vendors and suppliers.
5. Keeping documents of inspections and problems.
6. Doing landscaping, pool maintenance, and pest control.
7. Keeping an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies.
8. Training junior staff, if applicable.

Requirements and skills:

1. Construction skills such as carpentry, painting, masonry, plumbing, roofing, and welding.
2. Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills for fixing maintenance issues.
3. Administrative skills for ordering supplies, handling records, and scheduling maintenance.
4. Physical strength and dexterity to lift, move, and handle equipment.
5. Stamina to deal with long hours standing or walking.
6. Strong verbal and written communication for discussing maintenance issues.
7. Ability to work in extreme hot or cold conditions.
8. Organizational and time management skills.
