Looking for a Carpenter. The Carpenter is responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. This role in Romania offers an exciting opportunity for skilled professionals from Singapore, Malaysia, and Gulf countries to work on various projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial carpentry.

Requirements For Visa Application:

  • Passport with at least 1-year validity.
  • 4 passport-sized photos.
  • Updated CV.
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Age: Between 25-50 years.
  • Good physical health, endurance, and dexterity.
  • Proven experience in carpentry and woodworking.

 

Processing Time:

  • Work permit processing time is 4-6 Weeks.

ACCOMMODATION PROVIDED TO THE COMPANY

Responsibilities:

  1. Construct, install, and repair wooden structures such as doors, windows, furniture, and frames.
  2. Work with wood, plywood, and MDF to create precise cuts and shapes.
  3. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine material requirements and project dimensions.
  4. Measure and mark materials to ensure accuracy in dimensions and design.
  5. Assemble wooden components and install them on-site, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
  6. Install cabinetry, trim, flooring, and other wooden fixtures
  7. Repair and refurbish wooden furniture, structures, and fixtures.
  8. Replace or repair damaged woodwork in buildings, furniture, and flooring.
  9. Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.
  10. Maintain and clean tools regularly to ensure they are in good working condition.
  11. Follow health and safety regulations and wear necessary protective gear.
  12. Ensure the worksite is kept clean and organized to prevent accidents.

 Requirements and skills:

  1. Proficient in woodworking techniques, including cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
  2. Skilled in using hand tools (saws, hammers, chisels) and power tools (drills, sanders, routers).
  3. Ability to ensure precise measurements, cuts, and finishes for high-quality results.
  4. Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy materials and working in varying positions.
  5. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve carpentry challenges, including misaligned components or complex design adjustments.
  6. Ability to efficiently manage time and meet project deadlines.
  7. Clear communication with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure understanding of project requirements.
