1. Designing and Building Forms
2. Pouring Concrete
3. Reinforcing Concrete.
4. Finishing Touches.
5. Waterproofing and Sealant.

Requirements and skills:

1. Physical Abilities: Ability to perform strenuous tasks with hands, kneel, bend, and lift heavy materials.
2. Measurement Skills: Accurate measurement abilities and the ability to read specifications.
3. Smoothing: Concrete often has a rough surface, so the ability to smooth it out is essential. 
4. Troweling: Troweling involves using a trowel to smooth out concrete.
5. Edging: Creating clean, finished edges on a concrete surface requires the skill of edging.
6. Striking Off: After pouring concrete, a striking-off tool is used to level the top surface. 
7. Floating: Concrete workers use a long-handled tool called a float to smooth and level wet concrete.
