A Cook-C is an entry-level kitchen role responsible for assisting in basic food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting senior kitchen staff in daily operations. This position is ideal for individuals beginning their culinary careers.

Requirements for Visa:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).
  • Updated CV.
  • Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  •  Age Up to 45 years.
  • Good Physical and health, endurance, skill.
  • Experience of physical work.

 

 Processing Time:

  • Processing time 4-6 weeks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Wash, peel, chop, and prepare raw ingredients such as vegetables, fruits, and meats.
  2. Assist in simple cooking tasks like boiling, grilling, or frying under supervision.
  3. Ensure workstations, utensils, and equipment are clean and ready for use.
  4. Assist in organizing and storing food supplies properly.
  5. Assist senior cooks and chefs in meal preparation and plating during service hours.
  6. Transport ingredients or supplies as needed within the kitchen.
  7. Follow food safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  8. Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness in food prep areas.
  9. Help in unpacking and storing deliveries.
  10. Monitor supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.

Requirements and skills:

  1. Familiarity with kitchen tools, techniques, and food handling practices.
  2. Ability to stand for long hours and perform physically demanding tasks.
  3. Ability to complete tasks efficiently within tight deadlines.
  4. Willingness to work under supervision and cooperate with the kitchen team.
