Looking for a Manager. A Customer Relationship Manager oversees the client relationship team and ensures they nurture long-term relationships. Customer Relationship Manager responsibilities include using CRM programs and CRM tools, resolving escalated client issues, and ensuring customers are aware of new and existing company products.

 

Visa Application Requirements:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).

  •  Police Clearance Certificate.
  •  Age Up to 45 years.
  •  Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
  •  Experience of physical work.

 

Processing Time:

  • Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Building and maintaining customer relationships.
  2. Identifying new business opportunities.
  3. Manage concerns and complaints.
  4. Communicating with other departments.
  5. Analyzing customer data.
  6. Creating sales plans to generate revenue. 
  7. Monitor business competitors.

 

Requirements and skills:

  1. Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relation Manager
  2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  3. Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
  4. Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
  5. Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
  6. A customer-oriented attitude
  7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  8. Problem-solving aptitude
  9. Ability to work well with a team
  10. BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
