Looking for a Hotel Waiter/Waitress. As a Hotel Waiter/Waitress, you are an integral part of the hotel's dining service team, responsible for providing attentive and personalized service to guests in the hotel's restaurants, bars, or banquet facilities.

 

Requirements for Visa:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).
  • Updated CV.
  • Photo: 35mm*45mm (4 Copies).
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  •  Age limit: 18 to 45 years
  • Good physical health, endurance, and dexterity.
  • Experience in physical work.

 

Processing Time:

  • Work Permit Processing time is 30 days.

Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide menus. Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  2. Order Taking: Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using a POS (Point of Sale) system if applicable. Ensure special requests or dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen staff.
  3. Food and Beverage Presentation: Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to service standards. Monitor tableware and glassware for cleanliness and replace as needed.
  4. Upselling: Suggest additional items such as appetizers, desserts, or specialty beverages to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
  5. Table Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, and dining areas throughout service. Reset tables promptly for incoming guests.
  6. Billing and Payments: Present bills to guests, process payments accurately, and thank guests for their patronage. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and electronic payments securely.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other service team members to ensure smooth and coordinated service. Communicate effectively to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues promptly.
  8. Knowledge of Menu and Services: Stay informed about menu items, daily specials, and hotel services to provide accurate information to guests and assist with inquiries.
  9. Hospitality: Create a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring their comfort throughout their dining experience.

  8. Prior Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality industry is advantageous but not always required. On-the-job training may be provided.
