Looking for an Insulation Worker. An Insulation Worker plays a crucial role in enhancing energy efficiency and maintaining comfortable indoor environments. As an Insulation Worker, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and improving insulation systems in various structures. Your work directly impacts energy conservation, temperature regulation, and overall comfort.

 

Requirements:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).
  • Updated CV.
  • Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Age Up to 45 years.
  • Good Physical and health, endurace, dexterity.
  • Experience of physical work.

 

Processing Time:

  • Work Permit Processing time 2 weeks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with supervisors and review blueprints to determine insulation requirements for specific buildings.
  2. Consider space characteristics and heat-retention abilities of materials.
  3. Measure and cut insulation materials to fit walls, floors, ceilings, and around pipes.
  4. Ensure proper coverage and alignment.
  5. Prepare surfaces by applying adhesives, metal pins, asphalt, or cement.
  6. Create a suitable base for insulation installation.
  7. Use tools such as handsaws, tape measures, knives, and scissors to prepare insulation.
  8. Distribute insulation evenly in confined spaces using blowers and hose attachments.
  9. Install plastic covers, tape, cement, or sealants to finish and protect insulated surfaces from moisture.
  10. Adhere to safety procedures when removing old insulation (including asbestos).
  11. Dispose of old materials properly.
  12. Maintain records of inventory and project details.
  13. Communicate effectively with other workers and supervisors.

 

Requirements and skills:

  1. Proficiency with wrenches, pliers, staple guns, and other hand tools.
  2. Use these tools to install, shape, and secure insulation materials.
  3. Set up ladders and scaffolding to access roofs, ceilings, and other hard-to-reach areas.
  4. Transport materials and supplies safely.
  5. Understand technical drawings and specifications for accurate installations.
  6. Comply with building codes and safety regulations.
  7. Work effectively in confined spaces.
  8. Troubleshoot issues related to insulation systems.
