Looking for a Mason. The Mason is responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining buildings and structures using various types of materials, including brick, concrete, and stone. This position in Romania is open to experienced professionals from Singapore, Malaysia, and Gulf countries, offering a chance to work on diverse construction projects in a dynamic and professional environment.

Requirements For Visa Application:

  • Passport with at least 1-year validity.
  • 4 passport-sized photos.
  • Updated CV.
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Age: Between 25-50 years.
  • Good physical health, endurance, and dexterity.
  • Proven experience in masonry work.
     

Processing Time:

  • Work permit processing time is 4-6 Weeks.
     

ACCOMMODATION PROVIDED TO THE COMPANY

Responsibilities:

  1. Lay bricks, blocks, and stones to construct walls, floors, and other structural elements.
  2. Apply mortar and other bonding agents to secure materials.
  3. Smooth and finish surfaces of walls, floors, and ceilings.
  4. Perform plastering, rendering, and pointing work as required.
  5. Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints to determine the materials and layout needed.
  6. Measure and cut materials accurately based on project specifications.
  7. Ensure that all masonry work meets the required standards and specifications.
  8. Conduct inspections to check for defects and ensure proper alignment and level.
  9. Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment while working on construction sites.
  10. Handle construction materials and tools safely and responsibly.
  11. Maintain and clean masonry tools and equipment regularly.
  12. Ensure all tools are in good working condition to avoid delays in work.

Requirements and skills:

  1. Skilled in laying bricks, blocks, stones, and concrete.
  2. Proficient in using hand tools and machineries such as trowels, hammers, and saws.
  3. Ability to deliver precise, level, and aesthetically pleasing masonry work.
  4. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
  5. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve construction challenges, such as uneven surfaces or material shortages.
  6. Ability to communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.
  7. Flexibility to work on a variety of construction projects, from residential to commercial and industrial.
