Looking for a Plastrer Worker. In construction, plastering is the process of applying a smooth, durable, and protective finish to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces within buildings. Plastering serves both functional and aesthetic purposes, providing a level surface for painting or wallpapering while also enhancing the durability and fire resistance of the underlying structure.

 

Requirements for visa application:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).
  • Updated CV.
  • Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Age Up to 25-50 years.
  • Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
  • Experience in physical work and skilled Work.

 

 Processing Time:

  • Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Surface Preparation: Prepare the surface to be plastered by cleaning it of dust, debris, and loose material. This may involve repairing cracks, filling holes, and ensuring the surface is dry and smooth.
  2. Mixing Plaster: Mixing plaster materials such as gypsum, lime, sand, and water to create a workable consistency. The ratio of materials may vary depending on the specific requirements of the project.

  4. Smoothing and Leveling: Smoothing and leveling the plaster surface using various tools and techniques to achieve the desired finish. This may involve multiple coats of plaster and careful attention to detail.
  5. Finishing: Finishing the plaster surface to the desired texture or appearance, which can range from smooth and polished to textured or patterned finishes.
  6. Curing and Drying: Allowing the plaster to cure and dry properly, following the manufacturer's recommendations and industry best practices. This may involve controlling humidity levels and providing adequate ventilation.
  7. Cleanup: Cleaning tools, equipment, and the work area after plastering is complete, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
