Looking for a Plasterer. Plasterers are skilled craftsmen who specialize in applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create smooth and decorative finishes. They prepare surfaces meticulously, apply plaster with precision using hand tools and sprayers, and achieve desired textures and styles, from smooth to ornate designs. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, attention to detail, and artistic flair to enhance the aesthetic appeal of interior and exterior spaces in construction and renovation projects.

Requirements for Visa:

• Passport Validity (1 year).
• Updated CV.
• Photo: 35mm*45mm (4 Copies).
• Police Clearance Certificate.
•  Age limit: 18 to 45 years
• Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
• Experience in physical work.

 Processing Time:

• Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.

Responsibilities:

1. Cleaning and preparing surfaces for plastering, including removing old plaster or debris.
2. Applying bonding agents or primers to ensure adhesion.
3. Mixing plaster to the right consistency.
4. Applying plaster coats to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using trowels or sprayers.
5. Smoothing and leveling plaster to achieve desired textures and finishes.
6. Creating decorative finishes like stucco or decorative molding.
7. Patching and repairing damaged plaster surfaces.
8. Restoring historical plasterwork in renovation projects.
9. Maintaining a clean work area and adhering to safety guidelines.

Requirements and skills:

1. Proficiency in mixing and applying various types of plaster.
2. Knowledge of different plastering techniques for smooth and textured finishes.
3. Ability to achieve even plaster surfaces and precise finishes.
4. Endurance for physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting.
5. Capability to troubleshoot and correct imperfections in plasterwork.
6. Collaborating with other tradespeople on construction sites.
7. Following instructions and communicating effectively with supervisors and clients.
8. Efficiently managing time to meet project deadlines.
