A Rebar Worker is responsible for cutting, shaping, and installing steel bars or mesh in concrete structures to reinforce their strength and durability. This role plays a crucial part in the construction of buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.

Requirements for visa application:

• Passport Validity (1 year).
• Updated CV.
• Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
• Police Clearance Certificate.
• Age Up to 45 years.
• Good physical health, endurance, and dexterity.
• Experience of physical work.

 Processing Time:

• Work permit processing time is 4-6 Weeks. 

Responsibilities:

1. Read and interpret construction blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
2. Cut and bend steel bars or mesh to required lengths and shapes using tools like cutters, benders, and torches.
3. Position and secure steel bars or mesh in forms that will hold concrete.
4. Use wire and pliers to tie reinforcing steel bars or mesh.
5. Install spacers to ensure the correct positioning of steel bars within the concrete forms.
6. Ensure that all steel reinforcements are positioned and secured properly according to the design.
7. Collaborate with other construction workers, foremen, and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
8. Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
9. Operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.
10. Follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Requirements and skills:

1. Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
2. Mathematical Skills: Basic math is needed to measure and cut steel bars accurately.
3. Physical Strength and Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials, bend, kneel, and work in physically demanding environments.
4. Attention to Detail: Ensuring precision in cutting, bending, and placement of rebar.
5. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with other workers and supervisors.
6. Safety-Oriented: Knowledge of construction site safety regulations and PPE usage.
