Responsibilities:

1. Aligning and Anchoring Machinery: Rigging professionals ensure that machinery is properly aligned, leveled, and anchored. This step is crucial to prevent movement during use and maintain safety.
2. Attaching Loads: Riggers use hand and power tools to attach loads to rigging. This process provides support or prepares the loads for movement.
3. Dismantling and Storing Rigging Equipment: After completing a job, riggers dismantle rigging equipment and store it appropriately. Proper storage facilitates quicker setup for future tasks.
4. Safety Testing: Rigging equipment undergoes occasional safety tests to ensure reliability and safety.
