Visa Application Requirements:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).
  • Updated CV.
  •  Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  •  Police Clearance Certificate.
  •  Age Up to 45 years.
  •  Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
  •  Experience of physical work.

Processing Time:

  • Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Set up TIG welding equipment, including the welding machine, gas cylinder, torch, and filler metal, according to project requirements.
  2. Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and project specifications to determine welding procedures, dimensions, and tolerances.
  3. Clean and prepare metal surfaces for welding, removing rust, scale, or contaminants to ensure proper weld penetration and integrity.
  4. Select appropriate welding parameters, such as amperage, voltage, and travel speed, to achieve the desired weld quality and appearance.
  5. Position and clamp workpieces into place, using fixtures, jigs, or vices to maintain proper alignment and fit-up.
  6. Strike an arc with the TIG torch, using a non-consumable tungsten electrode and inert gas shielding to produce a stable and controlled welding arc.
  7. Feed filler metal into the weld pool manually, controlling the deposition rate and ensuring proper fusion and reinforcement.
  8. Monitor welding progress, adjusting parameters as needed to maintain arc stability, weld penetration, and bead appearance.
  9. Inspect completed welds for defects, such as cracks, porosity, or incomplete fusion, and perform any necessary repairs or rework.
  10. Follow safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and proper ventilation.

Requirements and Skills:

  1. Certification or training in TIG welding techniques and procedures is preferred but not required; experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  2. Proficiency in TIG welding processes, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting of welding equipment.
  3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical specifications.
  4. Knowledge of metallurgy, metal properties, and welding procedures to ensure proper weld joint design and material compatibility.
  5. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precise weld manipulation and filler metal deposition.
  6. Understanding of welding safety practices and procedures, including fire prevention, electrical safety, and hazardous material handling.
  7. Physical stamina and endurance to work in various positions, including standing, kneeling, and overhead welding, for extended periods.
  8. Attention to detail and quality, with a commitment to producing high-quality welds that meet or exceed industry standards.
  9. Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot welding issues, such as arc instability, poor penetration, or weld defects.
  10. Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced work environment.
