1. Duct Installation: Measure, cut, and assemble duct materials to specifications.
2. Blueprint Interpretation: Read and follow HVAC designs, blueprints, and technical drawings.
3. System Layout: Plan and layout ductwork routes for efficient air distribution.
4. Repairs and Maintenance: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair existing duct systems.
5. Sealing and Insulation: Apply sealing and insulation materials to prevent air leaks and ensure energy efficiency.
6. Tool Operation: Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and install ducts.
7. Safety Standards: Follow safety protocols and industry regulations during installation and maintenance.
8. Material Handling: Handle and install various duct materials, including sheet metal, fiberglass, and flexible ducts.
9. Testing and Balancing: Ensure proper airflow by testing and adjusting duct systems.
10. Collaboration: Work closely with HVAC technicians, engineers, and other construction professionals.
