Looking For an Asphalt plant laborer. Asphalt laborers assist in the pouring, smoothing, and setting of asphalt on roads, pathways, and parking lots. The main role of the asphalt laborer is to look after the mat. This includes raking, sweeping, and lining out the road, as well as working alongside the tractor, mill, paver, and screed.

Requirements for visa application:

• Age Up to 45 years.
• Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
• Experience of physical work.

Processing Time:

Responsibilities:

1. Set up and broke down jobsites.
2. Dumped, shoveled, leveled, raked, swept, rolled and inspected asphalt.
3. Operated heavy equipment rollers to press asphalt.
4. Performed general laborer duties on asphalt crew.
5. Followed safety procedures.
6. Cleaned work areas.

Requirement and skills:

1. High school diploma.
2. Proven work experience as an asphalt laborer or flagger.
3. Knowledge of road and traffic regulations.
4. Ability to work as part of a team.
5. Ability to work on weekends, public holidays, and at night.
6. Ability to travel to wherever the job is needed.
7. Ability to work for long hours in all weather conditions.
8. Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
