Looking for a transcriptionist to join our growing company. You will listen to audio files and type the contents into digital documents or convert them into text format. The ideal candidate should have excellent listening and typing skills as well as be a self-starter.

Requirements for visa application:

• Passport Validity (1 year).
• Updated CV.
• Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
• Police Clearance Certificate.
• Age Up to 45 years.
• Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
• Experience of physical work.

Processing Time:

• Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.

Responsibilities:

1. Listen to recordings and transcribe those recordings to text files.
2. Ensure the accuracy of the transcribed text.
3. Understand details of client requirements regarding formatting and notation.
4. Complete transcriptions promptly, reviewing grammar, punctuation, and spelling before submission.
5. Remain familiar with the latest transcription software and recommend upgrades or enhancements if necessary.
6. Correct any errors or inaccuracies promptly.
7. Ensure typing skills are honed and remain sharp by completing typing drills regularly.

Requirement and skills:

1. Ability to type quickly and accurately while proofreading.
2. Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
3. Excellent verbal communication, listening, and computer skills.
4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
5. Ability to work with a variety of people and personalities.
6. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating system.
7. High school diploma or equivalent.
8. Fluency in English or the preferred language.
