Looking for a Camp Boss. A Camp Boss is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of a camp or outdoor activity center. This includes ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to, that camp staff are supervised and trained, and that the camp is running efficiently and to a high standard. The Camp Boss is also responsible for providing a safe and enjoyable environment for campers.

Requirements for Visa:

• Passport Validity (1 year).
• Updated CV.
• Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
• Police Clearance Certificate.
•  Age Up to 45 years.
• Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
• Experience of physical work.

 Processing Time:

• Work Permit Processing time 2 weeks.

Responsibilities:

1. Organizing and supervising staff on-site.
2. Ensuring safety regulations are met.
3. Planning, scheduling, and coordinating the daily operations.
4. Ordering and managing supplies and materials.
5. Ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and to the required standards.
6. Maintaining records and preparing reports.
7. Liaising with clients and other external contractors.

Requirement And Skills:

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in outdoor manual labor.
2. Organize and assign duties and tasks to workers.
3. Conduct training and provide instruction on safety and operational procedures.
4. Ensure that workers adhere to safety protocols and perform activities in accordance with company policies.
5. Monitor the progress of workers and ensure that tasks are completed on time and to specified standards.
6. Perform administrative duties to maintain accurate records of assigned projects.
7. Monitor and report on materials and supplies used during work activities.
8. Interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
