Looking for a Cleaner. A cleaner, often referred to as a janitor or custodian, is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various settings, such as offices, commercial buildings, residential properties, schools, hospitals, and public facilities. Their role is essential for creating a safe, sanitary, and pleasant environment for occupants and visitors.
 

Requirements for visa application:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).
  • Updated CV.
  • Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Age Up to 25-50 years.
  • Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
  • Experience in physical work and skilled Work.

 

 Processing Time:

  • Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Cleaning Surfaces: Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and scrubbing floors, walls, windows, furniture, and other surfaces to remove dirt, dust, stains, and debris.
  2. Trash Removal: Emptying trash bins, recycling containers, and waste receptacles, and disposing of garbage in designated disposal areas.
  3. Restroom Maintenance: Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures, and restocking supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
  4. Kitchen and Breakroom Cleaning: Cleaning kitchen areas, including countertops, sinks, appliances, and breakroom facilities, and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation areas.
  5. Surface Sanitization: Using disinfectants and sanitizing agents to eliminate germs, bacteria, and pathogens from high-touch surfaces, especially during times of heightened hygiene awareness.
  6. Floor Care: Stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing floors to maintain a clean and shiny appearance and prolong their lifespan.
  7. Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms, and floor buffers, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  8. Reporting Maintenance Issues: Identifying and reporting maintenance issues, safety hazards, and supply shortages to supervisors or facility managers for prompt resolution.
  9. Adhering to Safety Protocols: Following safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and exposure to hazardous materials or chemicals.
