Looking for a skilled and passionate Cooker Chef Worker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and cooking, with a strong commitment to quality and presentation. You will be responsible for assisting the head chef and other kitchen staff in ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

 

Requirements for Visa Application:

  • Passport Validity: 1 year.
  • Updated CV.
  • Photo: 35mm x 45mm.
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Age limit: 25 to 50 years.
  • Good physical health, endurance, and dexterity.
  • Experience in physical work.

 

Processing Time:

  • Work permit processing time: 4-6 weeks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare, cook, and present food items according to restaurant recipes and standards.
  2. Ensure the highest quality and consistency in the dishes being served.
  3. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  4. Manage and store inventory, including the proper use and handling of kitchen equipment.
  5. Monitor and manage food portions to ensure correct quantities are served.
  6. Assist in planning and developing new menu items.
  7. Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure orders are completed in a timely manner.
  8. Oversee the proper cleaning and sanitization of kitchen tools and areas.
  9. Handle and resolve kitchen issues quickly and efficiently.

Requirement and skills:

  1. Proven experience as a chef or cooker in a restaurant or similar environment.
  2. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills.
  3. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  5. Attention to detail, especially in food quality and presentation.
  6. Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene.
  7. Team player with strong communication skills.
  8. Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
