Looking for a Croupier. As a croupier, you will be responsible for facilitating casino games and ensuring fair play among players. Your role involves operating table games such as blackjack, roulette, poker, and baccarat while providing excellent customer service and maintaining the integrity of the games. You will interact directly with players, collect bets, distribute winnings, and enforce game rules and regulations. Attention to detail, quick thinking, and professionalism are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate casino table games in accordance with established rules, procedures, and regulations.
2. Welcome and greet players, explain game rules and betting options, and assist with any inquiries or concerns.
3. Collect bets, handle chips and cards, and manage payouts to winning players.
4. Monitor game progress, ensure accuracy in payouts, and resolve any disputes or discrepancies.
5. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, providing an enjoyable experience for players.
6. Keep the gaming area clean, organized, and free from distractions to ensure a pleasant atmosphere.
7. Report any suspicious behavior or violations of gaming regulations to the appropriate authorities.
8. Attend training sessions and stay updated on changes in game rules, procedures, and industry standards.
9. Adhere to casino policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, responsible gaming, and security.
10. Work collaboratively with other casino staff, including supervisors, pit bosses, and security personnel, to ensure the smooth operation of the gaming floor.

Requirements and Skills:

1. Previous experience as a croupier or in a similar role preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
2. Knowledge of casino table games, including rules, procedures, and etiquette.
3. Excellent math skills, with the ability to quickly and accurately calculate payouts and handle chips.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with players from diverse backgrounds.
