Looking for Customer Care Manager. Customer Care Manager is a professional responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by leading and motivating their team. Their role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and developing loyalty programs to enhance customer experience.

Processing time:

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervising Operations: Oversee daily operations of the customer service department.
  2. Creating Loyalty Programs: Develop and implement customer loyalty programs.
  3. Setting Goals: Set customer service goals for team members and help them achieve those goals.
  4. Handling Customer Queries: Interact with customers, address their queries, and resolve issues promptly.
