Looking for a Customer Service Representative. Customer service representatives are often a client’s primary point of contact with a company. The duties and responsibilities of a CSR include managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction

Requirements For Visa Application:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).
  • Updated CV.
  •  Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  • Police Clearance Certificate
  •  Age Up to 45 years.
  • Good Physical and health, endurance, agility.
  • Experience of physical work.

 

 Processing Time:

  • Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
  2. Generate sales leads.
  3. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  5. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  6. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
  7. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  8. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  10. Take the extra mile to engage customers.

 

Requirements and skills:

  1. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  2. Track record of over-achieving quota.
  3. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  4. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  5. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
