Looking for a professional Database Administrator. A professional Database Administrator (DBA) will keep the database up and running smoothly 24/7. The goal is to provide a seamless flow of information throughout the company, considering both backend data structure and frontend accessibility for end-users.

Requirements for Visa:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).
  • Updated CV.
  • Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  •  Age Up to 45 years.
  • Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
  • Experience of physical work.

 

 Processing Time:

  • Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Build database systems of high availability and quality depending on each end user’s specialized role.
  2. Design and implement a database by end users' information needs and views.
  3. Define users and enable data distribution to the right user, in appropriate format and promptly.
  4. Use high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data.
  5. Minimise database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast query responses.
  6. Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to users.
  7. Determine, enforce, and document database policies, procedures, and standards.
  8. Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy, and integrity.
  9. Monitor database performance, implement changes, and apply new patches and versions when required.

 

Requirements and skills:

  1. Proven working experience as a Database Administrator.
  2. Hands-on experience with database standards and end-user applications.
  3. Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity, and SQL.
  4. Previous experience with DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and third-party tools.
  5. Familiarity with programming languages API.
  6. Problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
  7. BS degree in a computer discipline or relevant certification.
