Looking for a Document Controller. Document controllers manage the intake, handling, and storage of documentation for organizations. They check documents, scan and photocopy files, and make sure that organizational documentation is stored safely and securely. They also write reports, archive materials, and ensure seamless document access across departments.

Requirements for Visa:

  • Passport Validity (1 year).
  • Updated CV.
  • Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  •  Age Up to 45 years.
  • Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
  • Experience of physical work.

 

Processing Time:

  • Work permit processing time is 4-6 weeks.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Handling intake, scanning, verification, and storing documents.
  2. Filing and archiving relevant documentation.
  3. Retrieving files for other employees and customers when needed.
  4. Designing templates for documents, file types, and document databases.
  5. Checking and editing documents for accuracy and compliance.
  6. Controlling the flow of documents in and out of the department.
  7. Reporting errors or developments regarding document storage.
  8. Ensuring the secure destruction and disposal of sensitive documents.
  9. Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records.
  10. Maintaining the security of confidential documents.
  11. Assisting employees with accessing documents through our document management system.

 

 

Requirements and skills:

  1. A bachelor's degree in business administration, library management, or record management.
  2. Knowledge of document management systems like Sharepoint, OnlyOffice, DocuWare Cloud, and Rubex.
  3. Proficiency in document capturing systems like CAPSYS Capture and Xerox DocuShare.
  4. An excellent grasp of Microsoft Office programs.
  5. Top-class typing and report-writing skills.
  6. Detail-focused document organizing abilities.
  7. Familiarity with the relevant regulations regarding document keeping and handling.
  8. Able to proactively manage database changes using software management systems.
  9. Time-oriented approach to handling queries and tasks.
