Looking for a DUCT Insulators workers. Insulators install and replace the material that saves energy and helps reduce noise in buildings and around vats, vessels, boilers, steam pipes, and water pipes. Insulators also install fire-stopping materials to prevent the spread of fire and smoke throughout a building.

Requirements For Visa Application:

• Passport Validity (1 year).
• Updated CV.
•  Passport Size photo (4 Copies).
• Police Clearance Certificate
•  Age Up to 45 years.
• Good Physical and health, endurance, dexterity.
• Experience of physical work.

 Processing Time:

• Work Permit Processing time 2 weeks.

Responsibilities:

1. Fabricates insulating materials from fiberglass, foam glass, mineral fibers, synthetic rubber, and other products commonly used in the insulation installation trade.
2. Installs insulation on steam, hot water, chill water, refrigeration lines, piping and fittings, and air conditioning ducts.
3. Covers insulation on pipes with canvas and installs vapor barriers, waterproofing products, and metal protection sheets.
4. Anchors insulation with spot-welded pins, tie wires, metal bands, screws, and other fasteners.
5. Measures, computes, and determines the correct type of insulation needed for jobs; provides orders for materials required.
6. Receives work orders and carries out insulation duties.

Requirements and skills:

1. Considerable knowledge of the standard practices, methods, materials, and tools of the insulating trade.
2. Considerable knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the trade.
3. Ability to work from oral and written instructions, sketches, and diagrams.
4. Ability to maintain good relationships with personnel of other departments.
5. Ability to work from ladders and scaffolds.
6. Skill in the use of standard tools and equipment of the insulating trade.
